DB Cleaners offer a COLLECTION AND DELIVERY service in Cardiff, Newport and the Vale of Glamorgan, to your home, work or office. This service is available for either group or individual orders, from one item upwards.

Individual OrdersWe currently operate five vans in and around Cardiff. For individual collections, just call 029 20633100 and we will arrange for your garments to be collected and returned at a convenient time. Alternatively, arrange collection online.
Once you have joined the e-club, you can have your personalised suit carrier at £1.99, and a simple list to complete with details of the goods requiring cleaning. Also you can note any special instructions or comments that you wish to make. Place these in the carrier and give them to our driver upon arrival. You will be given a receipt for the carrier.
Once the carrier arrives at our Garment & Textile Care Centre, the contents of the bag will be checked against the list. If there are any discrepancies you will be contacted. The garments will be cleaned to our usual high standard and returned in your personal carrier with a new list for your next collection.
Individual Orders ContinuedIf you have elected for automatic credit card payment, the receipt will be attached to the order for your reference.
You may also have a monthly credit account payable by your credit card on file. Alternatively you may pay the driver on delivery.
Group OrdersFor the larger office, we can set up a regular collection of garments from a central point. It would be preferable for one person to retain responsibility for this within each office. Depending on the size, we would normally pre-agree a price list for regular items to simplify the system. We would provide all the necessary documentation in order that all garments can be tracked. Each employee is issued with a receipt for their clothing and when we collect, an overall receipt is provided. Using our fully computerised till system, we book each garment to the individual employee . When the goods are returned, a comprehensive delivery note is provided, noting each garment, the employee name and the price.
